About Me

My mission statement, "Improving Health Through Compassionate Care" expresses my goal and desire as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have genuine care and concern for others and this motivates me in my desire to help others.

It is my hope to help clients decrease their pain and stress, improve movement, and educate them on how their muscles can function more effectively as well as to educate them on what they can do to improve their health and encourage them in their goals for better health so far as it relates to massage therapy. The best way to do this is to develop teamwork between the therapist and the client to reach the desired outcome of better overall health.  Goals can only be attained where there is this kind of partnership as well as a commitment to providing an environment of safety and respect.

As a native Oregonian, I enjoy spending time in the beautiful outdoors doing a number of activities including gardening, hiking, playing tennis, taking walks, and going to the beach. Other interests include music (singing and playing the piano), crocheting, spending time with family, and participating in various church activities and ministries.
